We’re looking for an ECE who believes play is the foundation of learning and works from a strong understanding of the Early Learning Framework (ELF). Our child led, play based program is grounded in children’s autonomy, agency, and wellbeing, with relationships at the heart of our practice. Educators create responsive environments that honour children’s ideas, support collaboration and thoughtfully extend learning through observation and engagement. Both our indoor and outdoor spaces are essential to children’s experiences, and we spend time outdoors in all weather throughout the year, exploring Banfield Park and the surrounding community. About the Role
Full-Time position (37.5 hrs/wk) supporting a group of up 16 children aged 3–6, with a co-educator. Our childcare program runs between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm
Start date: March 30th, 2026

· A valid ECE Certificate and current First Aid certification (childcare level)
