UVic Child Care Services has recently expanded and opened a new facility, bringing our total number of child care programs to nine!  We are seeking outstanding early childhood educators and infant/toddler educators to come join our amazing team.

Positions available:

  1. One Early Childhood Educator to work in a full-time, continuing position in our beautiful new 3 – 5 years program.
  • Starting salary is $29.37/hour plus $4.00 per hour ECE Wage Enhancement = $33.37/hour. After successful completion of probation (after three months), salary will increase to $30.21 per hour plus $4.00 per hour ECE Wage Enhancement = $34.21/hour.

For all positions:

  • Shifts are seven hours per day, Monday to Friday, starting as early as 7:30 (infant centre) or 7:45 am (Infant/toddler or 3 – 5 yrs programs) and ending as late as 5:00 pm. Balanced work day includes paid (2 x 15 mins) and unpaid (1 hour) breaks.
