This provocation studio houses traces of practice, mapping learning experiences between land and learners over a four-month period. Students and faculty invite the public into collaborative dialogue, sharing our work, sharing our questions, and inviting feedback to weave into our shared learning experiences. This cohort is a part of a pilot project, funded by the ministry of advanced education skills and training. This delivery model explores inquiry-based, responsive education.

Showcasing some of the work from Camosun Early Learning and Care students, this provocation studio is a visible inquiry into materials asking: “Where does it come from?” and, “Where does it go?”

Over a four-month term, students came together for monthly Land-based experiential gatherings. After each gathering, they were asked to reflect on their experience. This provocation studio contains a collection of some of these reflections, along with other work emerging from students’ unique experiences with children in their care.
